How to Lose 10 Pounds in Two Days


It is difficult and almost impossible to lose 10 pounds in two days but here are some steps you may follow. First, you need to stop to eat anything and just dink water. Water is the most important thing than food because water has no calorie and it also can maintain our body. Second step is stop doing any exercise because after exercise you must be hungry and want to eat more things. Finally, sleep as long as you can. During sleeping, you won’t feel hungry and you can also save energy in your body.In conclusion, these three steps might work to lose 10 pounds in two days as you wanted but if there are any problems, that is not my responsibility!
